With the SimpleDose Program, we have a collaborative group of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who deliver new opportunities to patients to help them maintain their medication regimens. Every day, our team provides high levels of customer service to our most chronic patients via both scripted and non-scripted interactions to ensure they have a flawless experience filling their multi-dose prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy.

We help customers by engaging them over the phone, and you will utilize numerous software applications to assist customers with resolution of any customer service issue. We offer services that improve their medication adherence and assist with enrollment into the recommended program.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-Florida Pharmacy Technician License
-Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience
-Ability to complete all required training programs

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous or current call center, retail and/or alternate pharmacy setting experience
-Bilingual-Spanish
-Past Tenure at CVS Pharmacy, with proficiency in RxConnect and CVS programs

Education
Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
