Job SummaryResponsible for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment consistent with Centura Health's strategic plan and service line business plans, achieving annual goals and objectives. Responsible for recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers who will meet and fulfill the needs of the organization. Activities of this role include sourcing, developing relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers, screening and interviewing, planning and scheduling site visits, shepherding the interview process, assisting with the development of compensation, and closing the engagement for a successful hire. Responsible for working with the finance department and physician contracting to ensure contract and offer are consistent with the organization's objectives for compliance and productivity measures, compensation, and incentives, as well as documentation of any other items negotiated in connection with hire or on-boarding.

Minimum Experience RequirementsMust have a minimum of 2 years' experience in physician recruitment or a minimum of 3 years' experience in one or more of the following: (a) healthcare recruiting, (b) executive recruiting and/or (c) physician contracting. Must have experience in or substantial knowledge of ambulatory, acute and other medical facility operations. Must have excellent communication skills, and strong aptitude and proven experience in working with all levels of management. Knowledge of physician contract management, terminology related to compensation, productivity models, and incentives.
