Pay Range$24. 64 - $35.00/hr

Oversees and performs routine maintenance, lubrication, cleaning of boilers, chillers and all central plant equipment. Responsible for maintaining the mechanical equipment such as engines, compressors, generators, pumps and steam boilers.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- HS Diploma and or GED required
- Five years of power plant operator experience
- Knowledge of boilers, pumps gauges, heating units and systems, hand tools, generators, ventilation equipment, plumbing fixtures and all heating and cooling distribution systems
- Has a working knowledge of regulations imposed by local, state or other hospital authorities
- Ability to troubleshoot systems as necessary and leadership skills are a plus
- Read and interprets blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with multiple Building Automation System functions
- Leadership skills a plus
- Stationary Engineer Certification upon hire or within 12 months of hire/transfer
- Colorado Class A/B UST Operator Certification upon hire or 12 months of hire/transfer

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
