Process Innovation Sr Consultant
As the Senior Consultant of the Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Process Innovation team you will be a vital contributor to the Member Experience program and broader PBM business. You will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, present recommendations to senior leadership, and deliver innovative technology solutions that will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.
You will support the planning, design, and management of pilot programs and technology solutions that large-scale operational efficiencies, process improvements, and member impact. Youll have the opportunity to support the product development as you engage cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team.
In addition, you will prepare material and presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise and improves the lives of our members.
2+ years of relevant experience required, including consulting, product management or related marketing, communications, or analyst experience in an operational environment
* Previous PBM Pharmacy Benefits Management experience
* Proven ability to prepare materials and presentations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
* Demonstrated experience solving complex problems using superior logic and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
* Strong technical skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
