Product Development Senior Analyst - Work from Home / Remote

Job Description

As part of our goal to continue to innovate and provide our customers with all they need on their path to better health, this role will focus primarily on introducing new Clinical Services within Pharmacies across our organization and providing greater access to healthcare and medication by Expanding the Clinical Role our Pharmacy teams play in our patients lives. As a Senior Analyst on the team, you will work with a high-energy team that is motivated by the opportunity to brainstorm, test, analyze, and build the products and services that drive health outcomes for our patients. In addition to developing these exciting new strategies to improve access to healthcare, you will help manage data collection from in store testing efforts and assist in developing a business case for the platform as a whole.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing retail pharmacy data to inform our program strategy around Expanded Role of The Pharmacy. You will collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external partners to maintain current programs and develop new programs through piloting. This role will also entail work with our IT partners, training partners, and field leadership as we look to scale initiatives from pilots to chainwide programs. This role will suit someone who enjoys using data to set business strategy and has strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, and a real passion for delivering results and helping others. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in analytics
- Experience in SQL development or other relational database software
- Experience in Microsoft Excel-based modeling
- Experience in business intelligence tools/ visualization software such as Microsoft BI stack, or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare reporting/analytics experience
- Experience writing complex relational and multidimensional SQL queries and complex stored procedures
- Master's degrees

Education
- Verifiable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
