Job Description
Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for its Seattle, Washington office.
Job Duties: Evaluate business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment. Apply broad knowledge of company product capabilities and service offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives. Work closely with product development to create products and validate early product definitions with customers. Use technical expertise and extensive industry experience to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities leveraging AI and Machine Learning. Develop project plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share. Telecommuting is permitted.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Market Research, or a related field
Experience Requirements: One (1) year of experience in each of the following:
" Guiding product development utilizing user experience research
" Understanding the software development lifecycle from planning through deployment
" Balancing strategic priorities, business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and time to market to define impactful product solutions
" Product management in the software industry with a focus on building Machine Learning products
