Production Associate

Harland Clarke is now hiring Production Associates ALL SHIFTS.

The pay for this position is up to $16.00-$18.00/hr (depending on position) plus shift differential on 2nd or 3rd. A potential performance salary increase after 90 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• PC experience

• Experience with Windows-based programs

Responsibilities

• Create host jobs, process job tickets, sort work by equipment, and prioritize job tickets for maximum efficiency.

• Release jobs from the manufacturing system to the machine.

• Gather and load stock necessary for the completion of jobs.

• Produce documents using equipment/machine and perform quality inspection of all work processed.

• Be responsible for all system reports and quality inspection forms deemed pertinent to the operation.

• Perform minor maintenance functions.

Skills

• Good organizational, communication and time management skills. 

• Must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious.

• Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. 

• Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.
