AS A PROGRAM ASSISTANT,

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the program team. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, time keeping, record keeping, program clerical needs to include:

  • Serving as the primary contact on day to day operational and administrative issues for the program.
  • Performing general office duties, such as maintaining records, ordering supplies, files, correspondence, program materials and reports for the program.
  • May assist with grant or proposal writing, as needed to meet the objectives of the program.
  • Coordinating scheduling and administrative activities in support of staff and patients, as directed.
  • Demonstrating a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) or more years experience in an office or administrative environment

Previous healthcare experience preferred

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided by facility)

First aid may be required based on state or facility.
