Job Description

The Programmatic Director is responsible for overseeing all programmatic solutions working across the portfolio of brands within P&G. You will be working closely with the Head of Digital Strategy and a Digital Associate Director to help shape client strategy and drive data intelligence. You will have direct line management responsibilities for the Digital AD and will be responsible for the running of the PGOne programmatic team, which is expanding. As Programmatic Investment Director, you have three overarching responsibilities.

Key duties include:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key tech and supplier partners, internal stakeholders and clients
  • Support Head of Digital Strategy to deliver outstanding work for P&G which delivers against specified KPIs
  • Lead high quality day-to-day output of the team, be a subject matter expert in your field
  • Direct management of the Digital Associate Director and responsible for the running of the programmatic team.
  • Mange the output of your team, ensuring they deliver best in class quality work
  • Work collaboratively with various teams within broader PGOne (Planning, Data and Biddable practices)
  • Participate in internal and external meetings regarding current projects, future possibilities, briefs and brainstorms

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in Digital, specifically programmatic disciplines
  • Experience in trading and managing budgets within a digital agency, ideally using The Trade Desk
  • Full comprehensive understanding of digital marketplace, and broader understanding of the UK Media Marketplace as a whole
  • Extensive experience of managing teams
