Project Management, Family Connect Care Administrator

1. Assist MHP ED with building engagement with WV Department of Health and Human (BSS, BHHF and BMS) to successfully achieve the contractual promises of the ABHWV Mountain Health Promise.

-Reduce LOS for youth in high end residential treatment programs in and out of state
-Increase # of CSED / home based behavioral health providers

2. Increase the use of the Family Connect portal to improve communications between MHP, BSS line staff and providers up to 75%

3. To support and assist the with planning and overseeing Family Connect to ensure accessibility within the contractual agreement of the State, maintaining quality and utilizing internal and external resources as necessary.

4. Support and assist BSS with approved special projects to enhance cooperation and support for BSS line staff needs.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Ability to:
? Assist with date pull and overall oversight of FC access files to achieve 75% registration and use by BSS staff.
? Participate in the BSS / MHP work group to assist with removal of all barriers that attribute to lack of registering / use of Family Connect.
? Assist with expansion of Family Connect to child caregivers and providers.
? Work with the residential providers and BSS specific to tracking all placements of youth in MHP
? Assist BSS with their registration and deactivation files, ongoing.
? Assist with all group and individual training needs specific to the use of Family Connect.
? Act as a liaison between BSS and MHP regarding the use of Family Connect.
? Maintain and give oversight of the ROI process per member.
? Assuring that privacy and compliance is foremost important.
? Working cooperatively with the BSS liaison, FC and MHP program manager.

Preferred Qualifications
Resident of WV and able to work at the BSS office in Charleston.

Education
College degree
Training or experience in program management
