Project Manager is wanted in New York, NY to manage real estate development projects; oversee schedules, budgets, financial analysis and cost control; coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and consultants; monitor construction, conduct site visits, identify risks and resolve schedule/budget issues; review architectural plans, specifications and construction documents; ensure zoning, building code and governmental compliance; serve as primary point of contact; and coordinate project closeout and transition to property management and leasing. Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 18 months' experience in real estate development and construction management. $131830/year.
