We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our HR Shared Services team, focusing on advancing our HR technology projects and cross-functional HR initiatives. This role responsible for the efficient, effective, and flawless delivery of strategic end-to-end HR Technology projects in Bloomin' Brands. Additionally, this role will coordinate cross-functional project teams, and assist in the development of the project success criteria to ensure the deliverables are meeting the business needs- while minimizing disruption to our HR operations.
- Lead technology-related projects within the HR function, ensuring alignment with our overall HR strategy and technology roadmap.
- Coordinate with HR leadership to manage project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies and processes within HR.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure project goals are met and risks are managed.
- Utilize HRIS and technical knowledge to contribute to project execution, collaborating with IT and other departments as needed.
- Assess project outcomes, providing reports on progress, challenges, and successes to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR or a related field, with a strong preference for a PMP certification. Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects, particularly those involving HRIS and technology implementations.
- Expertise in change management, with a track record of successfully managing the people side of change.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience in HRIS platforms and the ability to grasp new technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Organizational prowess, with an ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity.
This is a hybrid role , and the candidate must be based in the greater Tampa area to facilitate on-site activities.
