Quantitative Analyst (Miami, FL) Analyze data for risk mgmt, asset optimization, pricing & value analysis for real estate investment property portfolio. Prep & maintain fin'l reports. Monitor & analyze fin'l performance, identify variances & recommend changes to improve profitability, streamline operational workflows & portfolio mgmt. Dvlp & maintain analytical tools for portfolio composition, performance & pricing. Analyze mkt conditions, compile fin'l data & dvlp quantitative fin'l forecasts & long-term targets. Reqmts: Master's deg or its foreign educational equiv in Finance or a Real Estate field & 6 mos exp in job offd or in a position involving process analysis in the real estate investment industry.
