Maintains electronic & paper medical records by monitoring and maintaining patient charts and reports for both paper and EMR. Would file and pull records on request of authorized personnel and work closely with clinic staff & public. Qualifications include: High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in the clerical field. Experience in medical records preferred. Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card or obtain one with 5 days of employments.
