Manage Functional Releases - from Plan Phase through Deployment Phase - to ensure adherence to established Release controls, standards, and processes, including:
* Communicate timely and appropriate information across Technology and Business including:
o Notifications about release milestones; testing guidelines; environments refreshes; code deployments; and Unplanned Releases (outside planned release calendar)
o Release kick-off presentation deck creation
o Meeting facilitation - release kick-off meetings, IT governance board meetings, and post-release retrospectives
o Infrastructure monthly maintenance and other updates
* Manage the Release Checkpoint process to ensure contents of Releases are audit compliant prior to Production deployment
* Direct the Release Advisory Board (RAB) process, which is the bswift governing body for all IT Production changes
* Point of contact for annual SOC audit of Release Management controls
* Plan Production deployments and coordinate On-Call support teams
* Monitor Production deployments, communicate handoffs to On-Call teams, and provide live updates to Business & Technology stakeholders
Maintain Release Calendar, checklists; deployment runbooks; and Release Mgmt. foundational documentation (i.e., communication plans, workflow, job aides, etc.)
Forward plan the Release Calendar including:
* Functional Releases (sprint schedule/production deployment)
* Infrastructure Releases (projects and repeatable activities occurring outside monthly patch schedule)
First point of contact for Business & Technology questions about Release calendars, schedules, environments changes, etc.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Release Management, SDLC, or IT Change Management
Audit & Controls experience e.g. SOIC, SOX etc.
