To provide technical field support for the Federal, State and Local sales and marketing team. Provide technical hardware and software setup and support needed to help our sales team close revenue opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities Provides support as required in pursuit of revenue goals and opportunities needing technical support. Obtains needed technical support internally or externally to support business opportunities to address special requirements, including complete project follow-through from the evaluation stage to customer radio acceptance. Recommend, program, configure, and deliver demonstration equipment in support of our Sales team in support of revenue objectives. Knowledge Skills Ability and desire to understand two-way radio systems concepts. Strong verbal and written English communication skills Conduct training classes for our customers remotely. Experience Required Minimum of five years of applicable experience in the design and implementation of mobile radio systems and products. Significant industry exposure to customer requirements and product development. Proven experience with P25 systems, including Motorola and Harris P25 trunking infrastructure.
