Candidate will be working on IMDM - The Individual Master Data Management (MDM) capability is focused on creating an enterprise Person ID across Optum, UnitedHealthcare and commercial constituents that will ultimately sunset the myriad of identity matching capabilities currently supporting Optum and the broader UnitedHealth Group enterprise.

Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within the IMDM Operations Support team. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. Will be working as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Review close matches in MDM Inspector work queue, resolve as necessary
  • Data analysis
  • Member record reconciliation
  • Process and Operational support
  • Identify trends to suggest algorithmic tuning to further reduce task volume
General Profile:
  • Demonstrates knowledge / skills in own function
  • Some work is completed without established procedures
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others
  • Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • Previous experience reviewing and analyzing data
  • Proficiency MS Office to include Excel (inputting and analyzing data), Word (creating and editing documents), Outlook (managing email), and PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred
