Job Description
As a Benefits Setup Representative I, you will analyze client benefit requests, determine best operational approach and perform coding. You will also validate coding accuracy utilizing various tools to ensure no financial impact or client/participant dissatisfaction. Additionally you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding turnaround time and quality standards as well as researching client benefit requests/issues and recommending alternative solutions to internal partners in meeting client needs. This position may support coding activities for commercial clients as well as clients with federal/state programs (such as Medicare D, Medicaid, MAPD, RDS, COB, EGWP, HealthCare Reform, etc.)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.16

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Up to six months + of experience in health care and/or pharmacy.

- Skilled in identifying and solving issues and recommending process improvements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management skills
