Qualified individuals will receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus to be paid in installments. Individuals must at least one year of direct experience to be eligible for the sign-on bonus. This sign-on bonus does not apply to internal transfers.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1-2 years ICU RN experience required
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to ICU
- Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Current Colorado RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact required
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association required
- Current ACLS required
- Current TNCC required
- NIHSS required upon hire or within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications may be required (refer to facility addendum(s)
Applicants will need to consider the following facilities: Parker, Littleton, Porter, Castle Rock, St. Anthony's Hospital, and Ortho Colorado.
Full time expectation is 3 shifts per week
Available 4 weekend shifts in 6 weeks
Available 5 holidays/high need shifts in a year
