Sales Operations Support Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Support Specialist will provide overall system, administrative, and data management support to our internal sales team. This position will communicate frequently with all levels of our sales team and maintain strong working relationships with those individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales team
  • Conduct daily administration, project management, and auditing of the CRM/Salesforce.com platform
  • Assist with Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation and audits
  • Generate, prepare, manipulate and analyze standard and custom reports
  • Contribute to research projects using various other data sources like ALN and Yardi Matrix
  • Assist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issues
  • Obtain contracts to assist with client inquiries and/or renewals
  • Support bulk contract generation on new and renewal agreements
  • Assist with pulling new construction lists for various territories and distribute appropriately
  • Help with sales tool support (Salesforce.com, Insight Squared, Espatial, etc.)
  • Identify and implement areas for sales process improvements
  • Maintain and audit account assignments and territory accuracy
  • Provide backup support to team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Tech savvy, highly collaborative, motivated, and focused on the needs of others
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of creating reports with Salesforce.com, ALN and Yardi Matrix
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to develop internal professional relationships
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, detail-orientated, and highly-organized
  • Grace under pressure, ability to react quickly to changing priorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of high school/GED, bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of related sales operations/administrative experience
  • Thorough, functional experience with Salesforce.com, ALN, eSpatial and Yardi Matrix
  • Multi-family, construction services, property services or other related service industries experience is a plus

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver license and good driving record

Salary: $50,000-60,000
