Sales Representative Valley-wide

OVERVIEW

Arizona's top swimming pool builder is looking to hire experienced Sales Representatives to join the Shasta Pools team valley-wide. We have locations in Phoenix, Mesa and Surprise.

THE "PROFILE" OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales experience and a proven track record. We are looking for closers that have the desire to contribute to a motivated, fast-paced, competitive environment. Must be positive, enthusiastic, focused and a self-starter.

Schedule

We will provide leads and schedule sales calls based upon your availability whenever possible. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with customers
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on our value-added products
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer information to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of customers to meet sales quotas
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of commission sales experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong closing skills
• In-home sales experience
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
• Swimming Pool Construction or Remodeling knowledge a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, Email programs, AutoCAD experience a strong plus
• Capable of passing a drug screen and background check
• Bi-lingual Spanish verbal and written communication skills a plus
