Sales Support, Existing Business (Sandy, UT / Las Vegas, NV)
The Sale Support will help with supporting overall new business quoting and existing business renewal process for commercial health customers working in concert with field sales/service. He/Shes primary responsibilities will include review and processing of incoming requests (new/growth RFPs/RFIs and proactive quotes) This person will also include being able to articulate a value proposition with Sales Executives and Account Managers and working together to position new business proposals and renewals for our customers. Additionally, being able to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently and by coordinating with sales and underwriting to ensure timeliness and quality of proposals and managing multiple prospects and sales support activities at various stages of the sales process by following established set processes. This person will also work closely with the account team on day to day services issues for our customers.
Due to the business needs, this role can sit in either Sandy, UT or Las Vegas, NV.

* Proven ability to work independently; reliable and dependable in past jobs.
* Minimum two years administrative experience preferred
* Healthcare experience is a plus
*Experience in customer service, claims/coding or billing is preferred.
* Experience working with Word and Microsoft Excel including working with Pivot Tables and fundamental knowledge of formulas is preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
