Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions. Candidate will be
responsible for servicing customers as well.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Licensed in the State of MD
Possession of good technical skills
Willingness to follow proven processes
Professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Must have good computer skills (word and excel)
Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees
Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base
Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of
the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling,
education initiatives, and business development).
Excel personally and professionally at Roosters Mens Grooming Center.
