Job Description

- High School Diploma or equivalent- Valid California Driver's License (or be in the process of obtaining)- Possession of a valid California P.O.S.T. 120 Hour Public Safety Dispatcher Certificate; or- Within one (1) year of hire, successful completion of a California P.O.S.T. Public Safety Dispatchers' Basic Course with a minimum hourly requirement of 120 hours; or- Successful completion of a one (1) year probationary period in a law enforcement agency.- Please read "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional required experience for this position. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:- Experience providing customer service.- Minimum of one year of clerical work experience.- Experience with modern office software, such as Microsoft Office Software
