Job Description
Join the Large Group Commercial Actuarial Central team
and help support performance management of all of our
different segments of business!

In this role, you will:
Work on a fast-paced problem-solving team.
Design studies and analyses to understand our
performance across our commercial business.
Develop communications to leadership to explain findings.
Strategize on new solutions to profitably grow our
commercial business.

This dynamic role will give the right candidate a broad view of our business and exposure to how our leaders analyze our business. In this role, you'll be able to:
Leverage technical skills to develop analyses that tell a
story about our performance.
Communicate with actuarial leadership about the "why"
behind our results.
Creatively strategize solutions to any performance issues
that arise.
Work closely with peers to develop best practices for
performance deep dives.

Required Qualifications
A successful candidate for this role would:
-Must have a Bachelor's degree along with 4+ years of
experience.
-Must have passed at least 4+ actuarial exams and
continuing on to get your ASA designation.
-Have a deep understanding of all available data sources
at the company.
-Be a creative problem solver, needing to come up with
unique solutions for each issue that arises.
-Have strong communication skills, able to explain
complex actuarial dynamics to leaders who have a ten thousand foot view.
-Be adaptable and agile, able to pivot quickly from one
analysis for one segment to another elsewhere in
commercial.
