Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Senior BI Engineer to devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information source to produce financial and market intelligence. Duties include: analyze, design, code, test, debug, and implement complex business intelligence solutions using BI tools; gather requirements for development of new reports, grids, graphs, dashboards and database objects; resolve ambiguities and conflicts; ensure requirements are completed; collaborate with business teams and cross-competency teams completing tasks related to business solution planning, business case development, documenting and managing business requirements throughout the development lifecycle; work with business representatives, Project Management and varied IS teams to develop and implement the specific technology and architecture necessary to deliver business solutions; and provide estimates to determine deliverable due dates, resource effort required and report status on processes and deliverables. Required Qualifications
Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); developing Schema layer for MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, documents, score cards, and self-servicing reports in MicroStrategy; BI Tools, including MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and Qlikview; Teradata, Oracle Azure with Databricks, Hadoop, Maria DB, and MS Access; Python and Control-m; implementing complex business intelligence solutions using BI tools; and Gathering requirements for development of new reports, grids, graphs, dashboards and database objects.
