Job Description
The Senior Digital Product Manager - Content Management works with a team of product owners in our Enterprise Marketing Technology team responsible for developing digital products and driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption. This role will support the Content Management agile product teams.

A major requirement for this position is hands-on expertise in Content Management Systems, Workflows & Digital Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in the related Adobe suite of products, as well as experience in planning integrated solutions across the content and campaign management ecosystem.

Primary skills include strong communication, project management, technical knowledge of content management systems, and demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders to refine features and stories representing CMS capabilities. SAFe or Agile experience required.

Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into innovative solutions.
Work closely with our business teams and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements.
Product Managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Create a market-leading customer experience.
Drive the definition, development and deployment of Best-In-Class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS strategic and financial objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution. Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists, and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation.
Build and communicate the Vision.
This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
Help drive our digital strategy.
Stay in tune with customer needs through interaction with the customer and business stakeholders by conducting interviews, surveys, brainstorming sessions, trade studies, and market research.

Program Backlog Ownership/Prioritization:
- Partner w/ other areas including architecture, design, and engineering to lay the ground- work for future feature delivery.
- Prioritize and align the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs.
Managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog.
- Own the program backlog to drive ROI.
- Work with RTEs when roadblocks occur to problem solve and develop mitigation plans.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to program backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions.
- Establish feature acceptance criteria.
- Set goals in the assessment of Metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience as Product Manager and/or Product Owner supporting full-life cycle product releases.

3+ years experience working with content management systems (i.e., Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress or similar).

3+ years experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum & Kanban.

This is a telework positon. Must be able to support east coast hours.

Travel requirement is up 10% annually.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience specifically with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets.

Experience leading platform-based products to scale.
Experience with Workflow & Digital Asset Systems, CRM platforms, API frameworks (Service Oriented Architecture), CDPs and Analytics.

Broad understanding of core programming and computer science concepts.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners. Able to collaborate and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).

Ability to maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the organization and demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams.

Masters degree

Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
