Candidate must have a Master's deg in Mechanical Engg, Energy Mgmt, or rltd field & 6 mths of exp conducting energy audits for commercial, multi-family, or industrial spaces. Exp must incl: Conducting energy audits to assess bldg energy against HVAC systems, lighting, bldg envelope, & bldg automation systems. Performing bldg energy savings analysis to quantify potential savings from proposed ECMs & guide decision-making for energy upgrades. Utilizing Energy Star Benchmarking tools such as EPA's Portfolio Mgr to track & report bldg energy & water consumption across a client portfolio. HVAC system analysis, incl performance evaluation, load calculations, airflow balancing, & control sequence review. Analyzing electric, gas, & water consumption datasets to identify abnormal usage patterns, establishing baselines, & supporting energy benchmarking in Energy Star Portfolio Mgr. 10% domestic travel for client site visits to meet w/ property teams & gather necessary data to support energy efficiency assessments, training, & reporting.
