Senior Field Service Engineer

Senior Field Service Engineer for life sciences company headquartered in Billerica, MA. Duties are performing installation, troubleshooting and preventive & corrective maintenance for FT-IR mass spectrometry instrumentation & systems for research lab customers including running organic & biochemical compounds to verify system performance; executing preventive maintenance protocols; conducting troubleshooting onsite & remotely using remote diagnostic software; requalifying instrumentation; and training research lab customers on system usage. Position requires 3 years' experience in the job duties as stated. The position is managed out of Billerica, MA headquarters but allows the individual to live anywhere in the U.S. & allows for the option to work from a home office.
