The CVS Health PMO team is looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects that may span multiple lines of business and/or have significant dependencies on other large projects. These projects are one-time, multitask jobs that have clearly defined start and end dates, a specific scope of work, a budget, required resources, and a specified performance objective to be achieved. Assignments will be complex and will require experience in applying and adapting project management techniques. You will support the planning, coordination and tactical execution of IT projects across business and functional areas, as well as the development of presentations and content for key leadership forums. The role offers exposure to cross-functional leaders and colleagues across CVS Health as well as professional development opportunities.
Areas of responsibility include:
Responsible for leading one or more (medium to large) projects and/or programs with budgets of $1M+ .
Overseeing the successful collection, definition and documentation of all project requirements.
Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations for all members of the project team.
Obtain and define staffing requirements and forming project teams.
Independently planning all associated work to meet project goals.
Assess project performance and implementing changes as necessary to ensure the projects remains within specified cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives.
Develop metrics, procedures, objectives and methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives.

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
* 5+ years of experience in Program management, budget management and execution.
* 5 + years of demonstrated IT project management experience including managing one or more large product/software development cycles/projects.
* 5 + years Understanding of software development methodologies.
* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft project, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
* Scrum certification.

* Experience managing IT Cloud Infrastructure projects.
* Project Management experience in the Healthcare industry.
* Expert knowledge with using Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
* PMP and SAFe Agile certification.
* Will consider High School Diploma/GED plus years of experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree
