Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: | The Senior Manager, DREI internally plays a pivotal role in NORC's Office of Diversity, Racial Equity, and Inclusion (DREI) team. This position is instrumental in the effective project planning, management, tracking, support, evaluation, and ongoing improvement of NORC's DREI programs, projects, and initiatives, significantly impacting our mission and long-term success. The position will develop comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals to advance NORC's DREI Strategic Framework and the associated Action Plan. The position will focus on inclusion strategies, accountability, strategic multi-channel communication, talent advocacy, and affinity-based resource groups. |

SALARY AND BENEFITS: |
The pay range for this position is $109,000 - $164,000. This position is classified as regular. Regular staff are eligible for NORCs comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
