Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics-work from home

Join a dynamic sales organization within CVS Health and Aetna where youll help us continue to grow, grow, grow to greater heights! Reporting into an analytics and insights department, youll lead efforts involving marketing, communications, loyalty management, and Voice of Customer insights to serve our customers better.

This is an individual contributor role at a senior manager level.

This strategic data-centric role affords ample opportunities to work in both quantitative and qualitative worlds across an array of internal and external sources. Some of your responsibilities will be as follows:

* Generate deep behavioral and results insights into marketing campaigns, inclusive of direct mail, email, activation, and other digital vehicles.
* Assist in building marketing funnel tracking from scratch to increase respective marketing and sales funnel throughput, engagement, and conversion.
* Generate analytics to optimize and manage marketing communications campaigns from an analytics perspective.
* Generate analytics to build strategy and tactics recommendations for creative teams.
* Generate analytics insights through test-and-learn methods to recommend stronger segmentation and personalization cohorts, strategies, and tactics.
* Assist in aligning divisional communications analytics with enterprise analytics program management.
* Build loyalty and engagement strategy and insights across our customer bases to support loyalty strategy development.
* Support marketing activations through analysis of success rates, trends, and return on investment.
* Assist in consolidating and combining different Voice of Customer intake sources into one complete and actionable research picture.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years direct experience in datamining and building analytics and insights, especially leveraging SQL and Alteryx in large scale data lakes
* 5+ years in a combination of omnichannel communications, personalization, and loyalty management analytics, strategy, and research
* 2+ years in Voice of Customer analytics and research
* Health insurance, health care, and/or finance industries experience across varied customer business models

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with statistics, inclusive of predictive modeling, concept testing, and test-and-learn methodologies
* Experience with data flows, data process management, and data automation, especially via Alteryx
* Experience with visualization analytics, especially via Tableau
* Experience with digital analytics and interpretation, especially Adobe Analytics
* Experience with crafting stories out of data for presentation to business teams, especially non-technical teams
* Experience with Medicare

Bachelors degree.
Masters degree preferred.
