Job Description

The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is currently seeking a full time Senior Payroll Administrator. This position will performs all activities necessary in the processing, reviewing and generating of company payroll in accordance with the all Federal and State regulations. The Senior Payroll Administrator maintains and monitors the accuracy of all payroll related records and assist with special projects when needed. 

Education requirements

Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience requirements

4-6 years of payroll experience.
Must have thorough knowledge of payroll and payroll best practices.
Understanding of FLSA requirements and regulations.
Strong understanding of all Payroll, Federal and State Unemployment taxes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Strong communication and customer service skills a must.

Qualifications

Proficient in ADP Workforce Now.
High level of proficiency with MS Office.
Ability to perform mathematical computations accurately.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent data entry skills.
Highly responsive to employee requests and able to communicate well with all levels of the organization.
Strong work ethic.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency, able to manage multiple priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
