DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Senior Plumbing Designer
• Location: Houston Inner Loop
• Pay: Up to $90k
• Duration: Direct Hire
• Description of Duties: Company in the Houston Inner Loop area is looking for a Senior Plumbing Designer to join their team. Must be able to design building plumbing systems for a wide variety of projects. Candidates will be preparing construction plans and must be proficient with AutoCAD MEP/Revit software, have word processing and spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Office. Position allows good opportunity for advancement and personal growth.
• Requirements: Should have accredited engineering degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar building systems technical curriculum. A minimum of 3 years of Plumbing design experience. Must be experienced in the design of MEP systems with commercial projects. Must be able to transfer engineering ideas into CAD drawings using AutoCAD/Revit software. Must be able to perform calculations for plumbing. Must be able to specify, size, and layout plumbing piping. Must be able to prepare basic deliverables including calculations, drawings, and specifications. Detailed knowledge of general building construction and MEP systems is essential
