Senior Software Development Engineer, Big Data

Zillow, Inc is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer, Big Data for its Seattle, WA office.

Job Duties: Design and build scalable streaming platform for orchestrating end to end event storage, enrichments and access. Collaborate with various internal teams (product, ML engineering) to scope and deliver tools ensuring ease of platform use. Leverage experience with infrastructure or backend. Develop complex software systems scaling to millions of users with production quality deployment, monitoring and reliability. Work with cloud services and utilize modern data technologies. Telecommuting permitted.

Minimum requirement: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Two years of experience in: Java; Python; Spark; SQL; and Airflow.
