Senior Software Development Engineer

Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for its Seattle, Washington office. 

Job Duties: Responsible for building and scaling the company's backend core search platform, which powers user  searches. Create highly visible and modern backend search products. Stream processing pipelines and data services  related to the search platform behind the company's real estate site and mobile applications. Architect, design, and  develop highly scalable backend services to provide a continuously improved search experience as well as work on  meaningful initiatives to help millions of customers find homes. Design data algorithms, web services, and data pipelines,  collaborating across teams to build great search products. Build search and data infrastructure for ranking and relevance  related to the property search and saved search data pipelines that measure the performance. Telecommuting is  permitted.
