Trace3 LLC in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to provide the expertise to investigate & understand an existing environment, gather business requirements, and formulate technical and/or business solutions for achieving those requirements across a constantly evolving landscape of leading Contact Center technologies. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret/explain technical info to and from a variety of audiences. Position is fully remote. Telecommuting from any US location permitted. Less than 10% domestic travel to client sites for in person meetings. Salary Range: $179,800 to $212,900 Annual.
