Pay Range

$26. 03 - $35. 74/hr

Plans, implements and organizes social work resources and evaluates and provides treatment regarding mental health issues for patients; linkage to resources in the community.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Master of Social Work (MSW).

6 months medical social work experience and/or hospital social work preferred. Two years post Master's experience in health care or related field preferred.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilities with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED. Current Driver's license

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
