As a Software Development Engineer, you will use your experience in working on building identity, authentication and federation applications using the latest cloud technologies and development methodologies. As part of the Enterprise Digital, you will be part of team in designing and developing applications/pipelines for Aetna identity management domain, such
as Microservices, Docker/ Containers & CI/CD in cloud native environments. You will work on cutting-edge applications and products. Brainstorming with architects, product managers, data scientists and fellow engineers to build data products used improve the health outcomes of millions of people.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of software development in enterprise/ web/ cloud applications
* 3+ years of experience with Java
* 1+ years of experience with React JS
* 3+ years of experience with building APIs and services using REST
* 3+ years of experience with build automation technologies like Maven/ Gradle, Jenkins, etc.
* 3+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
* Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
* Working knowledge with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages and methodologies
* We run a multi-cloud platform and containerize applications. You should have good experience of how to build, test, and deploy code to run on cloud infrastructure
* Working knowledge with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages and methodologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
* Exposure to product/services development public cloud environment like, AWS/GCP/Azure
* Experience in as full stack developer including UI artifacts and backend services/microservices

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
