We are currently seeking a Special Education Case Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Case Manager will be responsible for authorizing the allocation of resources to individual children, determining special education placements, services and supplemental supports, and providing ongoing administrative oversight of the implementation of the IEPs for assigned children.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate in Special Education or Early Childhood required (Master’s Degree preferred)
* Two (2) years’ experience in an educational setting developing, writing and implementing IEPs, preferably in early childhood
* An understanding of early childhood development
