Req’s a Masters dgr in IT, Business Admin, MIS or rltd & 1 yr of exp wrkig in an IT envrnmnt w/ QA, app dvlpmnt, reqt gthrng, & analyss of data. Will also accpt a Bach dgr & 3 yrs of exp. Mst have exp w/: Usng biz analyss tools & sftwr such as JIRA, Conflnc, Assmbla, & Visio; Applyng SDLC princpls & Agile mthdlgs; Applyng indstry-recgnzd best prctcs in biz anlyss & IT prjct mgmt; Faclttng daily stnd-up meetngs, sprnt plannng, & retrspctv sessns; Prprng biz & tech dcmnttion, incl functnl reqts, procss flws, & prjct delvrbls; Enggng w/ 3rd prty vndrs to wrk on story groomng, dvlpmnt & tstng actvties; Commnctng effctvly w/ crss-functnl teams & sr mgmt; Coordntng contrctr onbrdng procsss, incl verfyng compltion of req’d docmnttion & maintnng accurate rcrds of contrctr agrmnts & complnc matrls; Ovrseeing the PIM sys, optmzng data entry & mgmt procss; Defnng functnl specs for app compnnts w/ AEM & Magento; Defnng user stories & accptnc criteria for web contnt authrng, site compnnts, & user exp within digtl prtflio; Leadng recrrng prjct status mtngs to algn crss-fnctnl teams & communicate prgrss, issues, & action itms; Idntfyng prjct rsks, assessing impct, & implmntng mitgtion stratgs to ensr succssfl prjct exction; Faclttng UAT by prprng tst scnrs, guidng stkhldrs through tst exction, & trckng rslts for sgn-off; Prtnrng w/ QA Engs in dvlpng autmtion tst scrpts w/ Appvnc and Cyprss, imprvng tst covrg & regrssion effcncy; & Usng SQL & Qlik Sense Rprtng, or similar tools such as Tbleau & Pwr BI to reprt data insghts & KPIs.
