Sr Manager - Test Engineering sought by GE Precision Healthcare LLC in Wauwatosa, WI to provide hands-on mgmnt for test engineers in a globally distributed environment. Lead the dvlpmnt & refinement of testing standards & best practices, building consistency across the portfolio incl unit, functional, integration, performance, & scale testing. Pos'n reqs a Bach. deg, or foreign deg equiv in Comp Sci, STEM or a rel fld & 7 yrs of progressively resp post-Bach deg rel exp in Software Dvlpmnt or Software Testing. Position also requires: 5 yrs of exp in writing code in Java, C#, JavaScript, React, or Angular; 5 yrs of exp developing or testing software products or solutions using Agile methodologies; 1 yr of exp in working w/software in cloud deployment models such as Azure or AWS; 1 yr of exp building CI/CD automation pipelines; 1 yr of exp in Test automation design, Test Driven Design, Acceptance Testing, Continuous Delivery, Release Mgmnt & Agile Testing/Dvlpmnt; 1 yr of exp in engg leadership/mgmnt role working w/geographically diverse teams, incl resp for project budgets & stakeholder mgmnt. 5% travel expected to both nat'l & internat'l business locations.
