Your role on the team:

• Deploys, supports and enhances strategic finance systems
• Oversees and directs finance projects to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Monitors and communicates project deliverables and status to stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
• Collects, understands, and defines business requirements for Americas entities. Communicate business needs to finance project team
• Analyses finance systems and processes to identify functionality gaps. Reviews projects to identify issues and resolutions
• Acts as a liaison between Functional PMOs, IT Finance and other global teams to analyze and investigate data, resolve issues and queries related to financial systems and topics in a timely manner
• Acts as a Region Data Steward for the planning, control and governance of finance related data for the Americas region
• Contributes to finance process re-engineering and process improvement
• Trains new employees about Finance Transformation core module, existing and new systems

What you need: (requirements)

Experience

• Bachelors degree from a four year college or university, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance
• Experience in project management
• Excellent knowledge of information technology and data manipulation tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Coupa & SAP -preferably SAP S4/HANA
