Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated, experienced, Bilingual (English/Spanish) High-Volume Recruiter to join our team for an internal role in the Houston Heights area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing and labor roles, focusing on high-volume positions. This role is crucial in attracting and hiring the best talent to meet our operational needs. This person will be willing to hit the ground running!
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and labor roles.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create job postings.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct background checks and verify references.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to find and attract candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or labor roles.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary as you will be speaking with full Spanish speakers.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of attention to detail.
