Store Team Member
Job Description
Are you energetic and customer-focused? Are you excited to help those in need and mission-focused? Then we are looking for you! We are immediately hiring Store Team Members for our Gahanna thrift store. These individuals will be responsible for the daily production process of donated items, store displays, and cashiering functions.
Pay is $11/hr. We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with company match – for full-time and part-time employees who qualify.
Get hired on the spot! Applicants are welcome to walk in and apply in person anytime Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience requirements
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not necessary
Qualifications
Previous experience with general cashier functions and sales floor duties preferred – including sort, tag, and placing merchandise into their appropriate departments.
Work hours
Store hours: Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm; Sunday 11am–6pm
• Part-time – Evenings and weekends
• Full-time – Monday through Friday 8am–4:30pm
