Job Description
As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will focus on delivering superior operational, project management, reporting, metric tracking and solutions to Health plan clients. You will be responsible for working on and leading strategic and tactical projects for assigned accounts and internal project initiatives. In this role you will lead various Account Management initiatives with the focus on enhancing the service and implementing process improvements on items we provide to our Health Plan clients. You will also identify and implement departmental standard methodologies to ensure your teams success.

You will accomplish this by:

- Building relationships with key client partners through a consultative approach to fully understand client and member needs
- Fostering teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service
- Developing and implementing effective business process improvements specific to your clients and applicable to the account management team as a whole.

Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets. To be successful in this role you will utilize your strong knowledge of networking within an organization. Your skills managing oversight of processes, proven ability to navigate effectively and hold others accountable to delivering on client commitments as well as managing client expectations or changes to committed deliverables will contribute to your success. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the PBM marketplace.

**This is a work from home role, candidates can live anywhere in the United States.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5 years of work experience which includes at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management or Client Services role
* 3 or more years of experience in a client facing role within the healthcare industry.
* Travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may require but is not limited to flights, overnight stays, local travel, travel on short notice and other travel deemed necessary by the Company

Preferred Qualifications
