Student Services Specialists (Remote)

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 3 Student Services Specialists for a 4+ mo. contract in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be performed remotely but must reside in the Phx. Metro Area. Position will work M – Th, 8 am – 6 pm. Pay is $20/hr. Some evening or weekend work may be required. Candidates must have reliable internet access.

Candidates will be assisting college students with enrollment and financial aid via inbound and outbound calls. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree or higher and 1 year student services, education, or call center experience OR a GED and 3 years’ experience. Preferred candidates will have experience in higher education, enrollment services, financial aid and/or experience with a student information system (SIS).
