Job Description

- High School Diploma or equivalent - Valid California Driver's License - Possession of a valid California P.O.S.T. 120 Hour Public Safety Dispatcher Certificate; or - Within one (1) year of hire, successful completion of a California P.O.S.T. Public Safety Dispatchers' Basic Course with a minimum hourly requirement of 120 hours; or - Successful completion of a one (1) year probationary period in a law enforcement agency. - Please read "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional required experience for this position. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - One (1) year of public safety dispatch experience (preferred)

Proof of certificates, education, etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.
