CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team at our Phoenix Location as a Prior Authorization Supervisor! You will sit on a dynamic team that supports our Prior Authorization team. The Prior Authorization Supervisor will handle Provide ongoing supervision to teams, communicating and coaching on performance standards and measurements to direct reports. Perform a specified number of quality call monitors per rep per month. Conduct quality monitoring review with directs. Conduct one on one employee performance review monthly. Prepare and deliver bi-annual performance reviews. Monitor and manage client performance guarantees.

* Required 1-year of experience working in a call center setting.
* Required 1 year of proven increased responsibility within your prior work experience.

* Preferred 1 year experience managing direct reports.
* Preferred PBM or other healthcare experience
* Preferred education Associates or Bachelors Degree
Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
