CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team at our Phoenix Location as a Prior Authorization Supervisor! You will sit on a dynamic team that supports our Prior Authorization team. This role is in an ever-changing, energizing environment that provides you with the opportunity for learning new skills and continuing to grow your career.

The Prior Authorization Supervisor will handle Provide ongoing supervision to teams, communicating and coaching on performance standards and measurements to direct reports. Perform a specified number of quality call monitors per rep per month. Conduct quality monitoring review with directs. Conduct one on one employee performance review monthly. Prepare and deliver bi-annual performance reviews. Monitor and manage client performance guarantees.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* Required 1-year of experience working in a call center setting.
* Required 1 year of proven increased responsibility within your prior work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
* Preferred 1 year experience managing direct reports.
* Preferred PBM or other healthcare experience
* Preferred education Associates or Bachelors Degree

Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
