Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst position sought by Likewize Device Protection LLC. 40hrs/wk. in Southlake, TX. Utilize Oracle ERP & WMS platforms to monitor, analyze, & provide essential support for our forward & reverse operations in the United States. Extract, manipulate, & visualize large datasets using SQL, data query dvlpmt, & Power BI dashboards to monitor open orders, track shipments, & evaluate supply chain & logistics performance. Collaborate closely w/ our demand planners to process weekly bulk orders, facilitating the repair & auction of goods from multiple warehouse facilities. Foster collaboration w/ cross-functional teams & logistics partners to ensure consistent service delivery & process alignment. Conduct root cause analysis of logistics issues & dvlp corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Use process mapping tools to document & improve workflows. Dvlp & implmt strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, incl inventory mgmt, demand forecasting, & procurement. Utilize strong system skills & business knowl to examine the effectiveness of supply chain operations & to communicate conclusions. Determine the scope of improvement projects & initiating & leading improvement projects as necessary. Present research findings through well-structured tables, charts, & reports, both in written & in-person formats & contributing to the seamless flow of daily orders & an efficient pipeline process. Track various KPIs such as order cycle time, inventory mgmt, & demand forecasting through Excel models & Power BI dashboards to communicate operational performance & enhance supply chain efficiency. Gather & analyze logistics & supply chain performance data, identifying bottlenecks & uncovering opportunities to improve operations across transportation, warehouse mgmt., & inventory control. Work closely w/ the Client Operations Team to evaluate fulfillment needs & delivery timelines, ensuring that continuous improvement initiatives are aligned w/ service level expectations & customer exp goals. Coord w/ cross-functional stakeholders to streamline logistics workflows, minimize disruptions, & accelerate order fulfillment. Monitor trends in logistics & supply chain innovation & evaluate tools or processes that could improve efficiency, cut costs, & support long-term operational strategy. The requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management (or U.S. equivalent) & 6 months of experience in the job or as Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or closely related occupations responsible for analyzing supply chain data, creating dashboards & reports to identify trends & inefficiencies, & ensuring alignment between supply chain strategy & business goals. Experience must include supporting cost reduction initiatives & evaluating fulfillment needs utilizing technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Visio/Lucidchart, T-SQL, Oracle ERP/WMS systems, VBA, Office Scripts, Python, Visual Studio (SSIS), Power Automate, Jira, Medalia, & Oracle JDE.
